The long-awaited first release from this exciting new band hit the streets Tuesday, May 20th.
This EP features the maiden voyage of the new hip with Missy Raines on bass and vocals, Mike Witcher on dobro and harmonies, Megan McCormick on electric and acoustic guitars and harmonies, Ethan Ballinger on mandolin and Lee Holland on drums.
Two sizzling instrumentals – ‘Stop, Drop & Wiggle’ and ‘Eye of the Liger’ – round out a trio of songs. ‘Basket of Singing Birds’ is searching, ‘Magnolia’ is sultry and ‘Fingernail Moon’ is a snapshot of a moment as fleeting as junebugs in a jar.
